   Recruitment screening

   Meet with a talent recruiter to discuss your background, experience, and fit with Doglas Group. Video screening interviews may be recorded for review purposes. Your recruiter will always ask for your permission before any recording begins.

   Skills assessment

   Some roles include a timed skills assessment. If required, the recruiter will explain the format and completion window at the end of your first-round screening.

   Hiring manager interview

   Have an in-depth conversation with the hiring manager and team. Invitations are typically sent within 2–4 business days after the screening or assessment.

   Completed in 3–4 business days

   Conditional offer & checks

   We will call to discuss the offer and its conditions, then send the full details by email. Depending on the role, a reference check and/or background check may be required.

   Contract & onboarding

   Final offer

   Once all pre-conditions are met, you will receive the formal contract and required documents, together with onboarding information and details for your first day.
